This ideal will be possible to achieve by means of the getting together of our college students and members of the local community with the idea and possibility to develop their own business within a Mehedinti Business Incubator Centre. This Business Incubator can be created only by means of linking the forces of many representative institutions from the local community and the accessing of European funding, in a partnership with representative institutions contacted in Spain.The officials of these institutions expressed their openness and intention to get involved in starting such a big project.

The volunteering actions engaged by the beneficiaries of the project, teachers at the Economic National College “Theodor Costescu” being mentors for the Business Incubator, are those of guiding and consultancy given to students and adults interested in getting involved in launching such businesses within the existing incubator. This picture to bring to life the local business environment, can be put into practice only by means of cooperation, will, engagement and involvement from local Administrative Public Institution, together with representative parties of the local community.

The documentation field visits with workshops, discussions, debates and meetings with professionals of the University and members of representative institutions for the environment of the socio-economic region of Malaga, offered the Economic College professionals a necessary and essential experience for their professional development.
This issue allows fundamental and important contributions for the building of a local development strategy, which can comprise a project for developing a Business Incubator Center in our county, as those in the Andalusia Technological Park, one of the most modern in Europe.
